What this site is

This site describes what we do and how to engage us. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, deliverables and fees.

What we do not promise

We describe our methods honestly, and we do not guarantee outcomes we do not control. In particular, no one controls what a search engine or answer engine returns, and model behaviour changes without notice. We do not promise placement, citation, ranking, traffic, or any specific commercial result. Be careful of anyone who does.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

The content, design, code, logo and background renderer on this site are owned by Quantum Ravioli LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. AGGEIO and IntelliStaQ are our marks. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site. You may not reproduce it substantially, republish it, or present it as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material. Automated access is permitted for search and answer engine crawlers as described in our robots.txt, and for reasonable, non-disruptive research.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Jackson County, Oregon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
