Who we are

Quantum Ravioli LLC is a business solutions company registered in the United States, with a mailing address at 258 A Street, Ashland, Oregon 97520. You can reach us at [email protected]. We are the data controller for information collected through quantumravioli.com.

What we collect

We collect only what we need, and only in three circumstances.

When you sign up for updates. Your first name, last name, email address, and the interests you select. You provide these deliberately, and we do not collect anything else at that moment.
When you book a call. Booking is handled by Calendly. Whatever you enter there is governed by Calendly's privacy policy, not this one.
When you browse, and only if you agree. Analytics about which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world they are. We ask before any of this is stored, and declining costs you nothing.

We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not ask for, and do not want, any sensitive personal information.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies until you accept analytics. If you decline, none are set and your choice is remembered locally on your own device.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised. Advertising features, ad personalisation and cross-device tracking are switched off. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal information.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for quantumravioli.com, which will restore the choice prompt.

How we use what we collect

We use your email address to send only what you asked for when you signed up. We use analytics to decide what to write and what to improve. That is the entirety of it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles for anyone else's benefit.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of service providers, each for one job:

Loops — email delivery and list management
Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and cookieless analytics
Google Analytics — page analytics, only with your consent
Calendly — call scheduling

Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we act on either promptly. Analytics data is retained on the default schedules of the services named above.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — noting that we do neither.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link and a preference centre where you can change which topics you hear about. For anything else, email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process data there and elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our providers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, tell subscribers directly.
